L&Q Estates acquired the freehold to this former Fullers Earth Works site from the previous industrial operator Evonik, UK. The site is over 50% brownfield and located just 800 metres from Redhill town centre and nearby Redhill railway station, which provides access to London Victoria within 30 minutes.

Our successful promotion of the site through the Development Plan process secured the release of the site from the Green Belt and saw it allocated for approximately 230 dwellings together with serviced land for a primary school or further additional homes, if there is no need for a school.
